Poperati stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Items purchased on Poperati.com are custom-made and printed just for you. We're always happy to set up a free size exchange if the size you've ordered isn't right.
Exchanges can be done for all qualifying orders and requests must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
If something you received is defective or you have trouble setting up an exchange, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us form - we'd be happy to get this sorted for you.
What to Include in the Refund Policy
If something you received is defective please contact us with a picture of the damaged item and we'll do what we can to make it right! We do not ask that damaged items be returned to us.
Where's my refund?
If a refund is issued, they typically clear on our end in 24-48 hours, but based on the original payment method and your bank, it can take a billing cycle(3-4 weeks) for this to process.
If your refund still hasn't been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we'll be happy to resolve that for you.
